To witness sea life is to truly see life. Ever since my first day on board ship, I have wanted to photograph Dolphins and other animals I encounter while out at sea. Capturing sea life is also very difficult. It has taken me years to get some good pictures. This is because the Bridge is high above the water, and both the ship and fish are moving. There is also no notice before they surface to prepare. It makes for a difficult combination. In this past month I had two wonderful encounters with dolphins. Two schools came right up to our ship! I got to take videos, and pictures too. These are by far the best pictures I’ve been able to take thus far! Thus I am super excited about them. Haha, my narration skills do need some improvement, I’ll admit. If you listen, yes, I do misspeak and call them Whales! Whoops! Each experience was wonderful to have witnessed. Take a look!!

These have been some of my favorite days sailing thus far. One can only hope for encounters like these, but I had two in only a few short weeks, AND I was lucky enough to record the interactions!!
