Something I didnt think I would ever get to see with my own eyes, Matt’s Submarine on the horizon. In fact, the Bobo got a front row view! It was a pleasure to welcome these boys back to their home port. It was kind of cool to have both of our ships so close together. It represented alot to me. No matter the time or distance we are both united in service on the seas, and for a little while we get to be together while doing so. Today showcased just how grateful I am, and that we make our lives much more about ourselves.
CAPT let me take the Bridge watch to watch the Sub’s arrival. So to him, I just say a huge thank you. I even got to slip away for an hour and say a quick hello in the afternoon!
