This year was the 13th Annual Mango Festival on the Island. Amazingly, my schedule worked out that I got to and the different flavors! Did you know there were different types of Mangos? I stopped at many stations, but ultimately tried the famous Mango Donuts, and, of course, I had to get a smoothy! It was a good day, and I got to experience a bit more of the Guam life.

The stand had their recipie in display and they were real easy to make. They had to make a new batch when we went back for seconds. I thought I would bring some back for my crew, so we got to see the whole process. It’s pretty easy to make. It is important to puree the mango evenly then combine the rest of the ingredients. Form into balls and fry in a pan of oil until crispy. Absolutely DELICIOUS!!🥭
